I have been practicing as a Massage Therapist for over 10 years. In 2005, I completed a Diploma in Sports Therapeutic Massage from the New Zealand College of Massage. I continued studying, and am now qualified to massage a wide range of conditions including Relaxation, Pregnancy, Sports, Therapeutic, Oncology and Palliative Care.
Massage is my passion. I love to help people feel better, move more freely and to live the life they want to live. For me, massage is a calling. I find the human body amazing, with so much potential and beautiful complexity. Every massage is different as every body is different and they change every day.
But I am more than just a Massage Therapist. I am also a mum for two active boys and have a wide range of hobbies to keep life interesting. I love being active and outdoors, and know the importance of living a fun, full, pain free life.
